Taking Etéreo’s vision to the 2025 Gastronomic Convention

I have always believed that cooking is a bridge that joins shores, cultures and people. But some journeys have a special meaning, and the one I am about to make is one of them.

It is with immense honour and excitement that I announce I will take part as a guest speaker at the upcoming Gran Convención Gastronómica 2025, to be held in the vibrant city of Cali, Colombia.

From 27 to 29 November, Cali will become the capital of flavour and the food business. This event is not just a trade fair; it is the most important meeting of the year for the hospitality sector in the country. According to the specialist press, this edition promises to be historic, focusing on innovation, sustainability and business growth.

And that is where Etéreo comes in.

My talk will take place within the Deleitarte Congress, a forum designed for dialogue between business leaders and influential figures in the sector.

I am not going just to talk about recipes. I am going to share our vision: how, in Tenerife, we have created a concept that respects tradition while embracing the avant-garde; how passion is managed so that it becomes a memorable experience for the guest; and how, from an island in the Atlantic, we hold a conversation with global gastronomy.

For me, this is priceless:

1. Professionally: because it recognises the hard work of the whole Etéreo by Pedro Nel team. Being invited to share our model of success is the best sign that we are doing things right.
2. Personally: because returning to Colombia, my homeland, to contribute my grain of sand to the growth of its gastronomy is a dream come true.

While I am across the ocean, Etéreo in Santa Cruz keeps running at full capacity, with our trusted team taking care of every detail as always.
